Application of Cone Crusher

    S series spring cone crusher is widely used in the industries of building, highway,mining, metallurgy as well as non-metallurgy etc as secondary crushing to crush medium hardness stones and ores.Type of crushing cavity is decided by the application of the ores.The standard one is suitable for middle crushing and the short head one is for fine crushing.

Structures and operation principal of Cone crusher

    Cone crusher falls into transmission device, frame, eccentric shaft, bowl assembly, bearing and spring assurance system etc. It uses dry oil as its' sealed method. The spring assurance system gives protections to the machine, when there are metallic materials or other foreign bodies through the cavity, the spring system will elevate automatically to let them out.

     During operation, the drive motor is rotated by axis connector,shaft and cone part are rotated around fixed one under the pressure of eccentric sleeve. It makes crushing chamber

of cone crusher close to or leave the surface of which is fixed on the adjustment cover. The ores are impacted ,squeezed and bended continuously in crushing cavity.
